DR. KATRIN SCHUMACHER worked as a corporate law attorney at an international law firm where she advised national and international companies on complex M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, the setting up of joint ventures as well as on corporate disputes. She also conducted out of court settlement negotiations on behalf of clients and provided legal advice to foundations.
After studying law in Cologne and Madrid with a focus on international private, commercial and procedural law, she worked as a research assistant at the University of Cologne and obtained her PhD in medical law.
VIOLETA NARESKI is a certified coach specialized in facilitating change and personal development. She holds a Diploma in adult education with a focus on corporate training, psychology and business administration.
She has more than 25 years of experience in facilitating workshops, trainings, team-events and strategy off-sites at decision-maker level in national, international, multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams. She supports change processes, handles team conflicts and engages as a sparring partner for top executives in companies from start-ups to SMEs to DAX corporations.
